


Sheri received a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Temple University in the mid 1980’s and has been very involved in the fitness industry for the past 25 years.
She has worked in several gyms on the east coast teaching group exercise classes, training small groups and one-on one training. She is also certified as a Baby Boot Camp instructor specializing in the fitness needs of women during pregnancy and post partum. Sheri holds a certification from AAAI and participates in continuing education through a variety of professional organizations, including ACE and IDEA.
As an independent trainer, she has had great success working with individuals, couples and small groups throughout Bucks County, PA helping them to achieve their fitness and weight loss goals.
Sheri is extremely passionate about fitness and truly loves her work, helping and inspiring others to meet their fitness goals. She is especially interested in children's fitness and works with an organization called Let's Play Today bringing fun and active movement programs to schools, recreation centers and camps.
Her own routine includes weight training, core & abs, functional training, balance, and flexibility.
She’s an avid runner and has participated in many road races of varying distances.
Sheri's specialties are training programs for overall fitness and health using a fusion of several training techniques such as Cardio/Strength/Flexibility/Balance and Functional training. She creates a whole body workout sure to get your heart and muscles pumping!
